Cabbage Soup
Ingredients
- 6 large green onions, sliced
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 10 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 bunch of celery, sliced
- 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 2 cubes vegetable bouillon
- 48 ounces V-8 juice
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 cups water
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large stock pot.
- Boil for 1 hour (or until carrots are cooked).
