Spicy Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients
- 3/4 pound fresh Brussels sprouts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/8 cup rice vinegar
- 1/8 cup honey
- 1 Tablespoon Sriracha
Instructions
- Trim the base from each sprout and discard.
- Cut each sprout in half.
- In a large bowl, whisk the olive oil, vinegar, honey and Sriracha.
- Toss the sprouts in the mixture.
- Spread the sprouts on a baking sheet, cut sides down.
- Pour any remaining mixture into the pan.
- Roast at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
