Roast Butternut Squash
Ingredients
- 1 butternut squash, peeled and cut into 2-inch cubes
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Toss squash with garlic and oil.
- Arrange on a baking sheet.
- Season with salt and pepper
- Cook for 25 minutes.
