Oven Baked Brown Rice
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 1/8 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Rinse the rice with cold water.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In an 8×8-inch square (2-quart) glass dish, mix together rice, broth, butter and garlic.
- Bake uncovered for 60 minutes.
- Remove from oven and stir.
- Bake an additional 15 minutes, until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
