Broccoli Cheddar Casserole
Ingredients
- 4 heads of fresh broccoli, chopped
- 6 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 10.75 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 5 oz bag Italian flavored croutons
Instructions
- Flash boil broccoli for 1 minute.
- Drain in a colander.
- Mix cheese, soup, salt and pepper in a large pot.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring until cheese is melted.
- Add broccoli and stir to coat.
- Place mixture in a 9 x 13 glass baking dish.
- Crush the croutons into small pieces.
- Melt butter, and mix with croutons.
- Sprinkle mixture over the broccoli.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees until the topping is browned.
