Lemon Garlic Scallops
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 Tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 pounds large scallops
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet of medium high heat.
- Whisk lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add scallops and cook for 5 minutes.
- Turn them over and cook an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove scallops to a plate.
- Add butter to lemon juice and pour over scallops.
