Smoked Baby Back Ribs

Try different flavored chips.
To reheat, bring to room temperature for 30 minutes. Slather with bbq sauce, cover with foil, and cook for 30 minutes at 250.
Ingredients
- 1 rack baby back ribs
- Montreal Steak Seasoning
- Apple wood chips
Instructions
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs using a paper towel.
- Season lightly with Montreal Steak Seasoning
- Position charring cup around heating element and fill with wood chips.
- Cover with charring cup lid.
- Place base rack in smoker and lay ribs on rack.
- Stack additional rack(s) onto base rack and fill with ribs.
- Place cover on smoker.
- Combo Smoke for 3 1/2 hours.
