Chicken Noodle Casserole
Ingredients
- 4 cups diced cooked chicken
- 7 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 12 ounces uncooked rotini pasta
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Spray a 9 x 13 glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, stir together chicken, vegetables, spices, pasta and broth.
- Pour into baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes.
- Uncover and stir.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 5 minutes until cheese is melted and pasta is tender.
