Chicken Carbonara
Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
- 8 ounces spaghetti, uncooked
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 6 slices bacon
- 2 16-ounce jars of Alfredo sauce
- 1/4 cup grate parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Microwave bacon for 3 minutes, or until crisp.
- Let bacon cool off and crumble into small pieces.
- Boil water and add spaghetti.
- Cook for 8 minutes.
- Add frozen peas and cook an additional 2 minutes.
- Drain and return to pot, reducing heat to low.
- Add bacon, chicken and sauce to pasta.
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
