Salmon with Lemon Caper Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons capers
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 pounds salmon
Instructions
- Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Add lemon juice, capers and lemon pepper.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add sour cream and cook for 5 additional minutes.
- Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
- Serve with sauce
