Baked Ponzu Salmon
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless salmon fillets
- salt
- pepper
- ponzu sauce
- 1/2 sweet white onion, sliced
- juice from 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat an oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place salmon in the dish.
- Pour Ponzu sauce over the salmon.
- Pour lemon juice over the salmon.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with sliced onion.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
