Fat Burning Vegetable Juice
Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- bunch of fresh parsley
- bunch of fresh spinach
- 3 green onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3/8 teaspoon mustard powder
- 3/8 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 Tablespoons high-lignin flaxseed oil
- 3 Tablespoons chia seeds
