Blueberry Cookies
Notes
Try adding blueberries after the balls are formed.
Try adding walnuts.
Try chilling the dough to make it easier to work with.
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup soft butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl and set aside.
- Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a mixer until creamy.
- Add eggs, one at a time.
- Gradually beat in flour mixture.
- Stir in berries.
- Drop by rounded spoonful onto ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 16 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown.
- Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes.
- Transfer to wire racks to finish cooling.
