Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon sesame seed oil
- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 4 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 Tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 sliced green onion
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a non-stick skillet.
- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
- In a small bowl, combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, ketchup, oregano and parsley.
- Add chicken and sauce to the pot.
- Cook on poultry setting for 20 minutes.
- Natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release.
- To serve, spoon sauce over chicken and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
