Rosemary Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
- 8 cloves minced garlic
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped rosemary
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
- Mix garlic, oil, rosemary, mustard, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
- Marinate chicken in chicken in oil mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake in a glass dish at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
