Curried Air Fryer Chicken and Green Beans
Ingredients
- For the chicken
- 4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons avocado oil
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- For the beans
- 1/2 lb fresh green beans
- 2 Tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken in a bowl and cover with water.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes
- Drain and pat dry
- Combine ingredients for beans and toss to coat
- Arrange on air fryer tray
- Use a sharp knife to poke 10 holes in each piece of chicken
- Mix oil and spices
- Add the chicken and toss to coat
- Arrange chicken on air fryer tray
- Cook chicken in the air fryer for 25 minutes at 400 degrees
- Add beans underneath the chicken half way through
