Chicken Pot Pie
Notes
Try slightly reducing the amount of meat and vegetables to reduce the amount of excess filling.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh grean beans, diced
- 1 cup fresh carrots, peeled and diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 20 oz cooked chicken
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 Tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 2 deep dish frozen pie crusts
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine vegetables, chicken, soup and seasonings.
- Place mixture in one pie crust.
- Cover with the other pie crust.
- Bake for 60 minutes.
