Chicken Broccoli Bake
Notes
Try using frozen brown rice to make it faster.
If using instant rice, use 1 1/2 cups of rice and 1 1/4 cups of milk.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped
- 3 cups cooked, long grain rice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 10 oz frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Spoon into 12 x 8 glass baking dish.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
