Carrot Fries
Ingredients
- 5 carrots
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Peel carrots and cut into sticks.
- Coat carrots with oil and spice mixture.
- Place on a wire rack on top of a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
