Turkey and Egg Stack
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 4 slices reduced fat cheddar cheese
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 poached eggs
Instructions
- Combine turkey and spices and mix well.
- Divide into 4 patties.
- Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Cook patties for 4 minutes.
- Flip patties and add cheddar.
- Cover and cook an additional 4 minutes.
- Top each patty with a tomato slice and a poached egg.
