Breakfast Skillet
Ingredients
- 7 slices bacon
- 2 russet potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 eggs
- 3 ounces shredded cheddar
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove bacon.
- Add potatoes and seasonings to bacon grease.
- Cook 5 minutes until potatoes are soft.
- Crumble bacon and add to potatoes.
- Beat eggs and add to potatoes.
- Cook until eggs are firm, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top and cover with a lid until melted.
