Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
Instructions
- Heat 1 Tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add pepper, onion and hot sauce and cook for 8 minutes.
- Remove from heat and cover to keep warm.
- Mix garlic, cumin and remaining oil into a paste.
- Rub paste over steak.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill over medium-high heat five minutes per side.
- Slice thinly, and top with onions and peppers.
