Pressure Cooker Pot Roast

Try cooking for 25 minutes for a juicier roast.
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 head of fresh garlic (about 15 cloves)
- 1 envelope Italian dressing
- 1 envelope Ranch dressing
- 1 envelope brown gravy mix
- 1.5 cups low sodium beef broth
Instructions
- Heat oil in pressure cooker and brown roast
- Mix Italian dressing, Ranch dressing and brown gravy mix in a small bowl
- Sprinkle over the roast
- Add beef broth, onion and garlic
- Cook on high until pressure cooker begins to hiss
- Reduce to medium and cook 30 minutes
- Turn off heat and wait for the lid to unlock
- Use sauce as au jus
