Stuffed Mushrooms
Notes
Try dry parsley instead of fresh.
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
- 16 ounces whole mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
- 8 ounces pork breakfast sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan (4 ounces)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Brush olive oil on mushrooms and sprinkle with salt.
- Mix sausage, parsley and cheese in a small mixing bowl.
- Stuff the mushrooms with the sausage mixture.
- Bake on a cookie sheet for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
