Roast Beef Wrapped Pickles
Ingredients
- 1 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 3 slices deli roast beef (8 x 4 inch size)
- 18 grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 18 baby dill pickles, cut in half
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese and horseradish.
- Spread evenly over beef slices.
- Cut each beef slice into 12 pieces along the short side.
- Roll each pickle half inside a beef strip.
- Refrigerate 1-hour.
- Place one tomato and beef wrapped pickle on each toothpick.
