Layered Taco Dip
Ingredients
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- 1 16-ounce can refried beans
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 16-ounce container sour cream
- 1 16-ounce jar salsa
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 6-ounce can sliced black olives, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir taco seasoning and beans.
- Spread mixture on the bottom of a 10 x 13 pan or serving platter.
- Mix the sour cream and cheese in a medium bowl.
- Spread mixture over the beans.
- Layer salsa on top of cheese mixture.
- Add tomatoes.
- Add green peppers.
- Add green onions.
- Add lettuce.
- Add cheddar cheese.
- Add olives.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
