Grilled Scallops
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound scallops
Instructions
- Combine oil, juice, garlic and Italian seasoning in a medium bowl.
- Salt and pepper the scallops and add them to the bowl.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Grill over medium-high heat for 2 minutes each side.
