Instant Pot Baby Back Ribs

These could be a little more crispy. Try an additional 15 minutes in the oven. Or try using the convection mode of the oven.
Ingredients
- 1 half rack baby back ribs
- kosher salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- a few drops liquid smoke
- barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Remove the membrane from the ribs using a paper towel.
- Season the ribs generously with salt and pepper.
- Add vinegar and liquid smoke to the instant pot.
- Place a trivet in the bottom.
- Put the ribs on top of the trivet.
- Close lid and turn the vent to sealing position.
- Pressure cook for 25 minutes and quick release.
- Brush barbecue sauce on both sides.
- Place a metal rack on a baking sheet, and put the ribs on the rack.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes at 450 degrees in the oven.
