Grilled Herb and Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 4 cloves fresh minced garlic
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except shrimp in a mixing cup
- Place shrimp in a gallon ziplock bag and pour marinade over the shrimp.
- Cover and marinate at least 2 hours.
- Place shrimp on skewers.
- Cook on a hot grill for 5-6 minutes, until opaque.
