Iced Green Tea
Ingredients
- 10 cups water
- 10 green tea bags
- 18 fresh mint leaves
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Add tea bags to water and steep for 5 minutes.
- Gently press the tea bags against the side of the pan to extract tea.
- Discard tea bags.
- Add mint leaves, lemon and lime to infuser.
- Pour cold water and hot tea into pitcher.
- Fill the remainder of the pitcher with ice.
