Fish Tacos
Ingredients
- 8 ounces mahi mahi fillets.
- Garlic salt
- Canola oil
- 8 taco-size white corn tortillas
- 2 ounces shredded cheddar
- 3/4 cup shredded cabbage
- Fresh pico de gallo (try Incredible Fresh medium heat)
Instructions
- Brush fish with canola oil.
- Season fish with salt.
- Grill fish 3 minutes per side.
- Assemble tacos in the following order: Tortilla, cheese, fish, cabbage, pico de gallo, lime.
