Easy Corn on the Cob
Ingredients
- 2 Corn cobs with husk and silk intact.
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
Instructions
- Place ears of corn in the microwave without removing the husk and silk.
- Cook for 8 minutes.
- Wearing an oven mitt, slice the end of each ear off on the thick end.
- Holding the silk end, shake the corn until it falls out easily.
- Place each ear on a piece of aluminum foil with 1 Tablespoon of butter
- Wrap foil around the ear to keep warm and melt the butter.
