Rosemary Salmon
Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried crushed rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Combine oil, lemon juice and spices in a small bowl.
- Brush mixture on both sides of the fish.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
