Buffalo Shrimp Mac & Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked macaroni
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces shredded Gouda cheese
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 2 Tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Add milk, half-and-half, butter and spices to an electric pressure cooker.
- Stir in pasta.
- Lock lid and close vent.
- Pressure cook on high for 3 minutes.
- Naturally release pressure for 4 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
- Stir in cheddar, Gouda, shrimp, blue cheese and hot sauce.
- Saute on normal heat for 5 minutes.
- Top with green onions when serving.
