Baked Cod with Chermoula
Notes
You can substitute seabass for this recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 cod fillets
Instructions
- Place cilantro bunch into food processor.
- Peel garlic cloves and add to food processor.
- Add cumin and red pepper and blend.
- Add olive oil and lemon juice and blend again.
- Spread half of mixture on the bottom of a 9 x 13 glass baking dish.
- Place fish fillets on top.
- Spread remaining mixture on top of the fish.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 14 minutes.
