Gorganzola Butter
Ingredients
- 2 heads of garlic, tops cut off
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/3 cup crumbled Gorganzola cheese (2 ounces)
- 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped parsely
Instructions
- Place garlic on foil.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Enclose in foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Cool.
- Squeeze garlic out from skins into a small bowl.
- Mix with remaining ingredients.
