Bison Lettuce Cups
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground bison
- 1 Tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 Tablespoon minced fresh garlic
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons Asian black bean sauce
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 8-ounce can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup roasted unsalted peanuts, chopped
- 1 large head butter lettuce
- Sriracha sauce
Instructions
- Combine bison, ginger and garlic.
- Saute over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Add bean sauce and hoisin sauce.
- Stir in water chestnuts and onions.
- Wrap mixture in lettuce cups and garnish with peanuts and sriracha.
