Walnut Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 15-ounce can pumpkin
- 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons soft butter
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix pumpkin, milk, egg, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Cook at 425 degrees for 15 minutes on the middle rack.
- Reduce oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine sugar, flour and remaining cinnamon.
- Cut in butter until the mixture is crumbly.
- Stir in walnuts.
- Spread over pie.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees on the middle rack.
