Baked Monkfish
Notes
Try substituting fresh parsley for 3 Tablespoons of dried parsley.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds monkfish fillets
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3 Tablespoons white wine
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat broiler to low.
- Cover broiler pan with foil.
- Add fish to broiler pan and season with salt and pepper.
- Slice butter and place on fish.
- Pour lemon and wine mixture over fish.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
- Broil for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
