Clams Gremolata
Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 24 cherrystone or littleneck clams
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot.
- Combine parsley, garlic and lemon zest.
- Add clams to boiling water and cook until they open.
- Remove from shells.
- Toss with herb mixture.
