Chicken and Rice Skillet
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tablespoon canola oil
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 2 cups uncooked rice
Instructions
- Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Brown chicken five minutes on each side.
- Remove chicken from pan.
- Add soup and water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Stir in uncooked rice.
- Top with chicken.
- Cover and cook 5 minutes on low.
