Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup
- 2 Tablespoons dark corn syrup
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tablespoons melted butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup pecans, finely crushed
- 1 cup pecans, quartered
- 1 cup pecans, halved
- Pastry pie crust
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix eggs, light corn syrup, dark corn syrup, brown sugar, butter, salt and crushed pecans.
- Place pie crust in a pie dish.
- Spread pecan quarters over pie crust.
- Pour mixture into pie dish.
- Arrange pecan halves over top of pie.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour, or until firm.
- Let cool for 1 hour before serving.
