Garlic Cheddar Beef Roast
Ingredients
- 3 lbs boneless beef chuck, cut into 2-inch chunks
- 2 8-ounce cans of tomato sauce
- 2 10 3/4-ounce cans of condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 Tablespoons instant tapioca
Instructions
- Place meat in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a large bowl, combine tomato sauce, soup, garlic salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture over the beef.
- Add bay leaf.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Add tapioca.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes on high.
