Seafood Linguine
Ingredients
- 1 lb linguine
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 lb scallops
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 8 oz jar clam juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tablespoon lemon zest
Instructions
- Boil pasta.
- Add olive oil and butter to a large skillet.
- Heat until butter is melted.
- Add garlic and saute until tender.
- Add shrimp and scallops.
- Cook uncovered until shrimp is pink, about 10 minutes.
- Add clam juice, salt and pepper.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Toss pasta, parsley, lemon zest and sauce.
