Cranberry Relish
Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 12 oz jar orange marmalade
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place cranberries in 9 x 13 glass baking dish.
- Sprinkle with sugar.
- Cover with foil.
- Place on a cookie sheet to catch the overflow.
- Bake 35 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with walnuts.
- Cover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked cranberry mixture, marmalade and lemon juice.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
