Grilled Cream Cheese Peppers
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chive and onion cream cheese spread
- 1 Tablespoon chopped black olives
- 1 green pepper, sliced into 8 wedges
- 1 red pepper, sliced into wedges
- 3 Tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese and olives.
- Spread mixture inside each pepper wedge.
- Top with cheddar cheese.
- Grill covered on a barbecue over medium direct heat for 9 minutes.
- Remove from heat when peppers are charred and cheese is melted.
