Pesto Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 6.25 ounce jar pesto
- 10 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Spread half of pesto in a 9 x 13 glass baking dish.
- Cut each chicken breast into 3 strips and spread in dish.
- Spread remaining pesto over chicken.
- Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
- Remove foil from dish and top with cheese slices.
- Bake another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
