Slow Cooked Turkey Breast with Cranberry Gravy
Ingredients
- 1 bone-in turkey breast (5 to 6 pounds)
- 1 can (14 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 Tablespoon water
Instructions
- Place turkey in a slow cooker
- Combine all other ingredients except cornstarch and water in a small bowl
- Pour mixture over turkey
- Cook on low for 5 hours
- Remove turkey and tent with foil
- Skim fat from the juices and bring to a boil in a small saucepan
- Mix water with cornstarch and add to the juices
- Boil for 2 minutes until thickened, stirring constantly
- Carve turkey and serve with sauce
