Tilapia with Wine and Tomatoes

Try just using butter and no wine. Or changing the ratio.
Ingredients
- 2 tilapia fillets
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1/2 tomato
- 1/4 cup white wine
Instructions
- Place each fillet on a large piece of aluminum foil, folding the edges up to prevent spilling
- Season with salt and pepper
- Spread garlic on top of each fillet
- Sprinkle with basil
- Top with butter
- Pour the wine over everything
- Seal the foil into packets and place on a cookie sheet
- Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees
