Grasshopper Pie
Ingredients
- Chocolate graham cracker pie crust
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 Tablespoons white creme de menthe
- 2 Tablespoons white creme de cacao
- 1 cup chilled whipping cream
- 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine marshmallows, milk and cocoa.
- Stir constantly over low heat until it is melted.
- Stir in liquors and cool to room temperature.
- Using an electric mixer, beat whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff.
- Gently fold chocolate mixture into cream mixture.
- Spoon into crust and freeze for 2 hours.
